The woman accused to beating a man to death with a lead pipe faced a judge Saturday. 42-year-old Patricia Wallace was arraigned at Metro Corrections Saturday morning.

Wallace pleaded not guilty to a murder charge in connection with the Halloween night beating of a man on South Preston Street.

That man was struck several times with a pipe, and died six days later at University Hospital. Police say before he died, he identified Walace as his attacker.

Bond for Wallace is set at $50,000 full cash.
