A southern Indiana man is behind bars, accused of killing his stepfather and wounding another man. Police say 29-year-old Jason Uhlenbrock shot and killed his 59-year-old stepfather Robin Everitt after a fight just outside Austin, Indiana.
Neighbors say he was visiting his mother and stepfather and became upset when he was told he couldn't go deer hunting. During that fight, another man was shot in the stomach. He was flown to University Hospital.
Uhlenbrock fled on his bicycle, but was caught by police and arrested about a mile from the home. He remains behind bars awaiting his first court appearance.
