U.S. Marshals help police in both Bullitt and Jefferson Counties catch a man they say broke into several businesses. Police say DNA and fingerprints left at several RV businesses in both counties led them to Teddy Stinson.
They say Stinson would either break the windows or break into the RV's to steal flatscreen TVs. When he was caught, he took police to several of the locations they believe he stole from.
Police believe he's stolen between twenty and thirty TVs and then sold some at yard sales. Det. Scotty McGaha of the Bullitt County Sheriff's Dept. says, "We're still currently working this case with some other police agencies, and see if we can recover any of those and if there's any other arrest or additional charges that will be taken out on."
Police say Stinson told them he got the idea to steal the TVs while attending an RV show at the fairgrounds.
