Zoning board delays plans for sewer plant

It will be three weeks before a Floyd County zoning board decides if the town of Georgetown, Indiana can build its new sewer plant west of town.

The board's delay will give neighbors more time to fight the plant which they say will hurt their property values.

The Georgetown town attorney says that could be the opposite, and the plant might actually increase their value.
